Is this just for restaurants?+–
No. Service Support supports pubs, cafés, hotels, takeaways, dark kitchens, events and wider hospitality.
Do I need to be good with tech to use it?+–
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Service Support. You just ask questions in normal language.
What can I ask it?+–
Almost anything operational — menus, recipes, labour, stock, hygiene, training, marketing, events and more.
Does it replace my team?+–
No. It's there to support your team — to save time, reduce stress and help them make better decisions.
How do the 10 hours work?+–
Each live support call uses some of your monthly hours. They reset each month. Chat usage is included.
Can I get more than 10 hours?+–
Yes. We can scale support for larger sites and multi-site groups. Just get in touch.
Is the information legally binding for HR, licensing or health & safety?+–
No. Service Support gives practical guidance, not formal legal advice. For legal compliance, always refer to current legislation and official sources.
How long is the contract?+–
Monthly is rolling with 30 days' notice. Annual is a 12-month commitment at a reduced rate.
